Pay and conditions are indeed two of the major determining factors when engaging good, committed and honest staff to work in a client’s premises. All our staff are vetted and undergo an advance criminal records check to assess suitability.

Training

All our staff receive ongoing training, both on and off site, in all aspects of cleaning and Health and Safety. Courses in first aid and machine operating affiliated specifically to individual sites are obligatory.

All our staff are BICSc trained and assessed.
